Kleemann: Evo crushers
Kleemann's Evo material-flow concept is designed to eliminate all restriction to the flow of material throughout an entire unit. For example, the discharge chute under Evo crushers is 4 in. wider than the inner width of the crusher, and the subsequent discharge belt is another 4 in. wider than the discharge chute. Material is thus transported quickly and carefully away from the critical area under the crusher, with flow rate increased and wear reduced. Even before crushing takes place, Kleemann says there is an improvement in material flow, thanks to the system widths of the feeder troughs and grizzly that facilitate material flow through the crusher opening. Stedman: Mega-Slam models
Designed to increase profits by maximizing production, the Mega-Slam Primary Horizontal Shaft Impactor (HSI) handles feed sizes beyond the range of conventional secondary impactors, according to the manufacturer. Stedman builds five Mega-Slam models that produce a cubical product — and in some crushing operations, will eliminate the need for primary reduction equipment. Capacities range from 100 to 1,200 tph.
