SKF: System 24 LAGD Series

SKF System 24 LAGD Series single-point automatic lubricators are timely and accurate hands-off solutions to deliver the proper preset amount of lubricant needed for bearings in machinery, according to the company. The gas-driven feed versions are engineered to perform reliably on a 24-hour basis without manual intervention, and they can resolve issues typically associated with hard-to-access or potentially hazardous lubrication points. Ultimately, SKF says the lubricators optimize the accuracy, reliability and cleanliness of lubricant delivery, contributing to increased uptime of assets, reduced maintenance and a favorable environmental impact. Lubricators feature flexible and user-adjustable dispense settings (ranging up to 12 months) and transparent lubricant containers for visual inspection of dispense rate. www.skf.com Keep Reading

Rugby Manufacturing: Eliminator LP

Rugby Manufacturing's redesigned Eliminator LP dump bodies line is available in carbon steel, aluminum and stainless steel construction in 9-ft. and 11-ft. lengths with interchangeable parts. A 12-ft. model is available in carbon steel and aluminum. The steel model now features a seamless, one-piece 10-gauge steel floor for optimum strength and durability. A lower mounting height improves stability on all models, Rugby adds, while a 9-ft. inside diameter allows for full sheets of plywood or other materials. Each model is available with fold-down sides and features Rugby’s EZ-Latch upper-tailgate mechanism, which releases the tailgate quickly and keeps it more secure when closed. www.rugbymfg.com Keep Reading

Atlas Copco: Hütte HBR 202

Hütte Bohrtechnik's self-contained hydraulic crawler drill rig model is available with an onboard electric or diesel motor, meaning it does not need a separate power supply. The Hütte HBR 202, which is available exclusively through Atlas Copco, shares the same undercarriage and telescoping mast as the 203. Those two areas are where the similarities between the 202 and 203 end, though. The HBR 202 features unique kinematics resulting from an upper structure that rotates 140 degrees left and right and extends forward and back about 14 in. An addition is a three-speed Hütte HG28 low-profile rotary head that provides 21,000 ft.-lbs. of torque with a clearance to the front face of less than 12 in. www.atlascopco.us Keep Reading

Martin Engineering: EVO High Speed Impact Cradle

A new high-speed impact cradle from Martin Engineering is designed to reduce roller and frame damage from heavy conveyor loading conditions in aggregates, mining, coal handling and other applications involving dense materials and/or high volumes. The EVO High Speed Impact Cradle is engineered to withstand brutal operating conditions, reducing roller failures and service requirements, says the company. The new cradles use Martin Engineering’s Trac-Mount technology to slide in and out easily for maintenance. The modular components are light enough to be removed by hand, without using a crane or other equipment to handle them. www.martin-eng.com Keep Reading

Terex Minerals Processing Systems: MACS

MACS (Mobile Aggregate Crushing System) plants utilize larger crushers and screens than what's typically used in track-mounted or wheeled plants, according to Terex. Now, MACS offers the MVP450X cone crusher, which is configured with a number of features to increase productivity and ease of use, the company says. Enhancements include high-speed clearing of jammed material and quicker crusher separation capabilities for faster manganese changes, Terex says. The units travel at less than 13 ft., 6 in. high and at less than 12 ft. wide. Interplant conveyors are designed into the units so separate transfer conveyors are not required. Folding conveyors and walkways set up using on-board hydraulics, eliminating the need for cranes or lifts. www.terex.com Keep Reading

Powerscreen: XH320X

The XH320X represents the next generation of Powerscreen's impact crushers for the quarrying and recycling markets. This impact crusher was developed to incorporate an independent hydraulically driven pre-screen that's designed to improve fines removal and reduce chamber wear costs for users. Coinciding with the pre-screen feature is a hydraulically folding extended side conveyor with a stockpile height of 12 ft., 1 in. The hopper capacity has also been increased with the addition of hopper extensions that can be hydraulically folded for transport. The new hopper design incorporates hydraulic locking pins for rapid setup time, removing the need for manual wedges. An extended hydraulically folding product conveyor that increases the stockpile height to 13 ft., 1 in. is an option. www.powerscreen.com Keep Reading

Baldor Electric Co.: D-LAG conveyor pulleys

Dodge D-LAG conveyor pulleys utilize a natural rubber compound that is 73 percent more resistant to wear than standard SBR rubber, according to Baldor Electric Co. By increasing lagging life, Baldor says the conveyor pulleys will extend the operating life of both the conveyor pulley and conveyor belt. The lagging is 100 percent vulcanized for pulley bonding and strength, making it resistant to cuts and gouges. Two pulley styles are available: D-LAG heavy-duty drum pulleys from 10 in. to 24 in. in diameter, and D-LAG MDX drum pulleys from 12 in. to 24 in. in diameter. www.baldor.com Keep Reading

Case Construction Equipment: CX800B

The CX800B excavator from Case Construction Equipment sports a Tier 3-certified Isuzu engine that delivers 532 net hp. The CX800B uses less fuel than its previous model, and the regenerative hydraulics on the boom and arm, as well as the bucket curl, speed up cycle times. Case's Auto Power Boost feature increases digging force by 10 percent over the previous model, the company says. Also, three work modes – automatic, heavy and speed priority – are designed to simplify operation. An isolation-mounted cab has a quiet operating environment. Attachments are easily viewed overhead and in the trench. Flip-open service panels provide easy access, and the engine's oil filter can be changed without having to go underneath the machine. www.casece.com Photo: Case Construction Equipment Keep Reading

Dexter + Chaney: Spectrum Project Management

Dexter + Chaney's Spectrum Project Management software is designed to help project managers handle the work, documents, communication and people who comprise complex construction projects. Spectrum Project Management is cloud-based, requiring no software downloads and is accessible from any device with a web browser. According to Dexter + Chaney, the software is unique in how it combines the tools and information project managers need into a single application. Instead of using three, four or more applications to build a picture of project status, Spectrum Project Management combines financial and field information, manages people and documents, and tracks workflow from a single project log screen that eliminates the need to maintain multiple logs. The Spectrum Project Management application covers numerous project management functions, including job cost and progress reporting, project logging, submittal and RFI tracking, and project document storage and sharing. www.dexterchaney.com Keep Reading
