Mobile conveyor built for fast stockpile building

The WRC 80 is an 80‑ft. wheeled radial conveyor designed to deliver stockpiling for concrete, aggregates, recycling and general construction applications. Marco, a Terex brand, says the conveyor’s portability and radial design allow operators to move across jobsites and build stockpiles with minimal downtime.

Hybrid bucket speeds asphalt processing

The Allu Asphalt is a hybrid screen solution engineered for processing cold-milled asphalt and reclaimed asphalt pavement. Allu says the Allu Asphalt is designed to process material faster, cleaner and in a more cost-effective way. The bucket can crush clumps, screen fines and separate oversized particles in a single pass. Utilizing a hybrid blade configuration – a mix of screening and crushing blades – Allu says the bucket offers consistently high-quality end products. The combination enables operators to process cold-milled asphalt directly at the source, eliminating the need for additional crushing equipment. With nominal screen sizes of 12, 16 and 25 mm, the bucket can produce more than 95 percent of finished material below target size, reducing reprocessing needs, according to the company. The Allu Asphalt can crush and screen simultaneously. The company says this eliminates the need for separate pre-crushing or secondary equipment. The bucket fits on excavators ranging from 25 to 45 tons and wheel loaders ranging from 15 to 30 tons.
