Durex Products joins GDW through acquisition

Gerard Daniel Worldwide (GDW), a provider of wire, wire cloth and filtration solutions, acquired Durex Products.

Durex Products is a screening products manufacturer with operations in Luck, Wisconsin. The company will continue to produce at its facility there.

According to Durex, the new synergy provides access to GDW’s manufacturing and distribution centers throughout the United States, Canada and Europe.
