Eriez Manufacturing Co.
In order to protect downstream equipment, use both ferrous and nonferrous metal separation equipment to find and remove unwanted metals. Suspended magnets placed above conveyors attract and remove tramp metals, and then metal detectors, placed slightly farther downstream, identify nonferrous metals that the suspended magnet is unable to remove. There’s no better way to guard valuable equipment against dangerous metals. www.eriez.com Keep Reading

Metso
The HP3 cone crusher enables you to produce much finer products with fewer crushing stages, thereby lowering investment cost and saving energy. With a combination of optimized speed and large throw, the new HP generation provides the highest reduction ratios of any current cone crusher. Due to their super efficient crushing action, the HP3, HP4 and HP6 have superior power utilization per cone diameter. The result is lower energy cost per ton of crushed end product and lower recirculation load. Higher cavity density improves crushing action for end products with more consistent gradation and superior shape. www.metso.com/miningandconstruction Keep Reading

Powerscreen
Powerscreen's Premiertrak 300 jaw crusher was developed with the option of a vibrating grizzly feeder or an independent hydraulically driven pre-screen, which improves fines removal and reduces chamber wear costs for the customer. Engine load controls both options to maintain throughput. To coincide with the independent pre-screen feature, an optional hydraulically folding extended side conveyor with a stockpile height of 10 ft., 2 in. was added to the machine to improve stockpile capacity. A bypass chute design incorporates a flap gate that allows operators to switch between using the side conveyor and sending material to the main belt without the need to fit a blanking mat on the bottom screen deck. The hopper design incorporates a complete hydraulic fold-and-lock system that removes the need for manual wedges. www.powerscreen.com Keep Reading
