Chaney Enterprises agreed to acquire Chandler Concrete Co., a family-owned and operated producer of ready-mixed concrete, block masonry and hardscapes serving North Carolina, Virginia, West Virginia and eastern Tennessee.
According to Chaney, Chandler has 500 employees.

Chandler operates 44 ready-mix plants, three block plants and one building supply store.
