What factors are driving your outlook for 2022?
Demand seems high across the state, but operators are struggling to fill open positions just like in every other industry.
What are the greatest opportunities available to aggregate producers within your state in 2022?
The need for more housing and increased infrastructure funding will create opportunities for the aggregate industry. If the federal government manages to increase infrastructure investment, then demand will go even higher.
What are the greatest challenges aggregate producers will face within your state in 2022?
The same labor shortage that is challenging employers nationwide is also challenging aggregate producers. There is simply a shortage of all skill levels in every industry, and our industry is no exception.
