CRH acquired North American Aggregates (NAA), a producer headquartered in Perth Amboy, New Jersey.

The acquisition expands CRH Americas Materials’ aggregate business in New York and New Jersey, enhancing the company’s ability to meet the region’s supply needs. NAA’s plant on the New Jersey waterfront adds new reserves to the Tilcon New York operations.

“CRH has helped build New York City and the surrounding area for decades, and we are proud to welcome North American Aggregates to the CRH family,” says Jason Jackson, president of CRH Americas Materials. “With 95 percent of CRH’s revenues in North America connected to aggregates, this acquisition further enhances CRH’s unmatched scale and connected portfolio, unlocking new growth opportunities and improving our ability to deliver greater value to our customers.”
