The 2026 Pit & Quarry Roundtable & Conference is less than two months away, and time is running out for aggregate producers to apply to attend.
Pit & Quarry is hosting the Roundtable Jan. 27-28 at La Playa Beach & Golf Resort in Naples, Florida.
The Roundtable is an annual event that presents aggregate producers with a plethora of opportunities to network with equipment manufacturers, dealers and other leaders from across the industry. Producers who attend get industry updates related to legislation, regulation and mine safety, as well as a forecast for the year to come for construction materials.
A key component of the 2026 Roundtable will once again be roundtable-style discussions between the event’s attendees. Topics discussed at the 2025 Roundtable included the business environment, equipment and technology, safety and health, and others.
Another component of the 2026 Roundtable is a golf outing that’s open to all attendees.
Roundtable history

Pit & Quarry first hosted the event that morphed into the modern-day Roundtable & Conference in 1996. Originally dubbed the Equipment & Technology Suppliers Roundtable, the event incorporated aggregate producers in its early years and was eventually rebranded as the Pit & Quarry Roundtable & Conference.
Pit & Quarry takes the Roundtable to different U.S. cities each year after hosting the inaugural meeting in Cleveland at the corporate office of the magazine’s parent company. Florida is often a destination for the Roundtable, with premier venues in Bonita Springs, Coral Gables and Palm Beach Gardens serving as past hosts. Other cities that hosted a Roundtable over the last 25 years include Chicago, Nashville and Asheville, North Carolina.
P&Q hosted its 2025 Roundtable in January at The Wigwam Resort in Phoenix. The magazine’s 32-page report fully dedicated to the 2025 Roundtable can be accessed here.
