Tesab launched the 1000TC crusher at Hillhead 2018, adding another portable unit to its existing cone range.
According to Tesab, the 1000TC is ideal for working in direct-feed applications. It’s designed to produce more than 230 tph, depending on the application and setup.
With a 39-in.-wide cone crusher unit, Tesab says the design of the 1000TC features thicker manganese for longer life and a specifically curved profile, allowing for unscreened feed.
The 1000TC features a 5.9-cu.-yd. Hardox-lined hopper as standard and a feed-in height of 8.5 ft., as well as a hydraulic raise/lower conveyor for easy access, with a discharge height of about 11 ft. for increased stockpile capacity.
