Terex Washing Systems launched Stream software at last month’s Hillhead, providing the market with a system that harnesses real-time data to provide insights that can ultimately enhance productivity and reduce downtime.
According to Terex Washing Systems, Stream is designed to revolutionize the way operators interact with their equipment, delivering descriptive, predictive and actionable information. With the ability to track tasks and keep records via a mobile app, the company says Stream simplifies maintenance management and allows users to unlock greater efficiencies.
Stream offers a comprehensive overview of connected assets, providing users with data such as production figures, machine status and maintenance notifications. The company says having this data enables proactive decision-making and performance optimization.
The Stream system includes features for logging daily checks, scheduling lubrication, and recording issues or deviations. Additionally, tasks can be assigned to factory or dealer representatives.
Also, Stream supports remote login for commissioning, human machine interface training, fault finding and parameter changes, allowing for problem resolution and enhanced support. Users can access data through a dedicated portal or via standard application programming interfaces, and the system integrates with other Terex telemetry sites to provide a holistic view of machine performance.
With more than 7,000 datapoints, including production and machine data, Terex Washing Systems says Stream’s predictive capabilities allow for timely maintenance notifications that reduce the risk of unexpected downtime and enhancing overall productivity.
