Terex Finlay added the C-1540 mobile cone crusher and 674 tracked inclined screen to its line of equipment.
The C-1540 direct-drive cone crusher was developed to meet the requirements for any aggregates producer or contract crusher looking for a high-output capacity machine that provides large reduction ratios and a cubical shape, the company says.
The cone crusher incorporates the Terex 1000 cone crusher, and its chamber features an overload protection system with automatic reset that permits uncrushable material to pass through and be discharged efficiently from the machine. In addition, the crusher’s hopper/feeder was designed with a low feed-in height so the machine can be fed directly by a primary crusher, excavator or shovel.
The C-1540 also boasts a fully hydraulic closed-side setting with an electronic monitoring system, a hydraulic tramp relief system with automatic reset, a metal detection system and advanced load-sensing auxiliary hydraulics.

According to Terex Finlay, the 674 tracked inclined screen is a compact, easily transportable machine that offers operators rapid setup and teardown times and can be used in quarrying, mining, construction, demolition, topsoil, recycling, sand, gravel, coal and aggregate applications.
The new screen box on the 674 features three inclined decks and a screen box with quick wedge tensioning, access holes and a bottom-deck hydraulic tensioning system. It’s powered by a Caterpillar C4.4 air-cooled engine, and can be hydraulically folded and ready for transport in less than 30 minutes, Terex Finlay says.
The 674 tracked inclined screen also includes a fourth conveyor, an updated hopper and belt feeder, and a screen box angle that can be hydraulically adjusted.
Terex Finlay has been a manufacturer of tracked mobile crushing, screening and recycling equipment for over 50 years. It offers a comprehensive range of equipment to the quarrying, mining, construction, demolition and recycling industries.
