Tecweigh’s WP50 processor is a high-performance, multi-purpose controller engineered for belt scale, load-out, and feed control applications. Featuring integrated PID control, the WP50 comes standard with analog and serial I/O, plus optional PLC communication and an integral web interface for remote access, monitoring, and viewing real-time readings via a dedicated webpage. An optional NEMA 4X, 304, or 316 stainless steel enclosure is available, as well as a NEMA 4X polycarbonate enclosure.
Its robust, reliable design, backed by a 5-year warranty, makes it the ideal processor to pair with a new belt scale or weigh belt feeder system. The WP50 also serves as an excellent retrofit solution, providing a modern upgrade path for aging installations.
For operations requiring expanded capability, the MS50 variant allows users to connect up to four belt scales to a single processor, streamlining control and reducing hardware footprint.
