Tealinc adds sales support, independent contractor

Tealinc hired Kristen Kempson to its administrative, marketing and sales support position. The company also named Heather Little as an independent contractor for Canadian business development.

Kempson joins the company with more than 13 years of experience in the railroad industry as a railcar fleet maintenance manager. In her new position, Kempson will be responsible for growing the company’s marketing database and providing assistance to U.S.-based customers.

Prior to this position, Little served as a consultant at CN Rail. According to Tealinc, she brings more than 38 years of railroad experience to the company. In her new position, Little will be responsible for assisting Tealinc in developing its market presence and customer base in Canada.
