Superior Industries released a new version of Vantage automation for its cone crushers.

Version 7.2 of Superior’s Vantage program is designed to improve the user experience and enhance data gathering for diagnostics. Superior says the new version is a significant upgrade for its Patriot and Dakota cone crushers.

For example, Superior says redesigned screens now provide clear navigation and feature improved graphics for ease of use. Additionally, the company says individual solenoid testing and improved data recording enhance troubleshooting accuracy and visibility, reducing downtime and maintenance costs.

According to Superior, integrating solenoid testing now eliminates the need for external tools and centralizes diagnostics directly on the touchscreen.

The new version of Vantage can be retrofitted on existing cone crushers manufactured by Superior, the company adds, making upgrades accessible for current users.

“This update underscores the value of strong relationships with dealers and customers,” says Jarrod Adcock, crushing equipment product manager at Superior. “The improvements are a direct result of their feedback, which is vital to the continuous improvement of Superior’s products.”

Version 7.2 of Vantage is included on all new factory machines starting in 2025.
