Superior Industries: OptimizeU

Superior Industries has launched OptimizeU, a new on-demand learning platform designed to equip aggregate producers with real-world knowledge and technical expertise. With 24/7 access to courses in crushing, screening, washing, conveying, and more, OptimizeU enables operators to improve their skills at their own pace—reducing the need for travel or costly classroom training.

At launch, the platform features 60 courses, with plans to expand by 50 new sessions annually. Examples of some topics include Cyclone Fundamentals, Conveying vs Trucking, and Understanding Gradations, addressing both foundational concepts and advanced applications.
