Stedman Machine Co. named Chris Nawalaniec as its president.
Nawalaniec, formally executive vice president, takes over for Dennis Gilmour after 42 years of leadership. He began at Stedman in October 2004 as national sales manager in the company’s unit sales department. He was later promoted to vice president of sales and marketing.
According to Stedman, Nawalaniec has been an integral part of growing the company over the years.
Outside of Stedman, Nawalaniec serves as chairman of the National Stone, Sand & Gravel Association‘s M&S board of directors. He is also a member of the Process Equipment Manufacturers Association board as treasurer.
