Senzit, a predictive maintenance technologies company serving heavy-duty industries such as aggregates, launched a tool that allows fleet managers and owner-operators to track the health of their fleet.
According to the company, its new Senzit Pro tool aims to reduce both breakdowns and operating costs.
“Senzit Pro is an integral part of our predictive maintenance portfolio, and we are committed to continuously innovating to provide our customers with the best-in-class IoT solutions,” says Karthik Rau, CEO of Senzit. “The addition of Senzit Pro is truly inspired by the voice of our customers, and our team has worked hard over the past several months to bring this to life.”
Senzit Pro users can monitor a variety of areas related to their fleets, including oil. Senzit Pro’s oil analysis offers users immediate detection and overall health assessment of oil conditions, addressing anomalies such as water, acid, fuel, viscosity changes, different oil types, carbon and particles.
Additionally, the company says Senzit Pro users can conduct a comprehensive review of their assets’ consumables in under five minutes. 4G LTE-powered results, meanwhile, are stored and easily accessible via a mobile app, customer portal or email.
Another feature of Senzit Pro is CAN/J1939 connectivity integration, with instant access to vehicle data such as engine parameters and trouble codes. The company says a comprehensive review of fuel quality will soon be a part of Senzit Pro, positioning users to detect dirty diesel, water and other contaminants.
“Senzit Pro will enable our customers to add diagnostics capabilities to their operations and maintenance teams,” Rau adds. “Along with our core condition-monitoring solutions already in the market, Senzit now has the most comprehensive IoT solutions to optimize heavy-duty fleet performance.”
