
Rogers Group, the largest privately owned aggregate producer in the U.S., named Jimmy Patton president and CEO.
Patton, whose career at Rogers Group spans more than 29 years, served the company as interim CEO over the last 16 months. He served Rogers Group over the last 14 years as CFO.
“Jimmy has an in-depth knowledge of Rogers Group and a legacy of success in the aggregates and highway construction industry,” says Ben Rechter, chairman of the board at Rogers Group. “His background driving financial success through safety and operational excellence will allow us to seamlessly move into the future and continue to grow Rogers Group.”
According to Rogers Group, it considered both internal and external candidates for the positions through a national search.
Patton has a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Belmont University and a master of business administration from Vanderbilt University.
