Rema Tip Top acquired assets and operations of the Canadian Almex Group.
With the deal, Rema Tip Top expands its portfolio in belt vulcanizing systems.

According to Rema Tip Top, Almex will maintain its brand identity, global manufacturing network and teams. Almex was founded in Parry Sound, Ontario, in 1962.
Almex’s production facilities will remain in Canada, China and Spain. Operational companies in the U.S., the Netherlands, Australia, Indonesia, Chile and Peru will not be changed under Rema Tip Top.
