Regal Rexnord hosted its inaugural Media Day at its headquarters in Milwaukee.

About a dozen members of the trade press took part in the event, with a variety of representatives from Regal Rexnord’s product lines also in attendance.

“We’re very excited to have [everyone] here in Milwaukee,” says Scott Curley, senior vice president of sales and marketing at Regal Rexnord. “We [hope to] inform, connect and build awareness. We’re very excited, and we feel it is going to be productive for all.”

The event kicked off with a company overview and insights into three of the company’s product segments, provided by their respective presidents. Additionally, Regal Rexnord offered a look into industry trends and how it is capitalizing on those with its equipment and technology.

Media members then joined subject matter experts in one of several breakout sessions, each dealing with a range of topics related to Regal Rexnord’s offerings.

Curley moderated a solutions panel featuring Regal Rexnord employees. The panel consisted of Robert Federer (vice president and GM of digital solutions), TJ Landrum (GM of automation solutions), Diego Marafon (senior director of product management for power efficiency solutions) and Jason Quackenbush (vice president and GM of industrial powertrain solutions). The panel addressed topics such as labor efficiency, adapting to a modern workforce, safety and more.

Regal Rexnord CEO Louis Pinkham was also present at Media Day. Pinkham joined the company in 2019 and led the 2021 merger of Regal Beloit and Rexnord’s process and motion control businesses, as well as the 2023 acquisition of Altra Industrial Motion.

“We couldn’t have done it without the team,” Pinkham says of the company’s recent growth. “I do believe we have been on a transformation. There is no better time to bring our media partners in to talk about that.”
