TCI Manufacturing president Patrick Reaver (left) and marketing director Chad Colby provided P&Q with a tour of their facility in Walnut, Illinois. Established in 2000, TCI first ventured into conveyors. But along with its line of high-frequency screens, TCI has expanded into portable and stationary screening and crushing; wash plants and structures; vibratory feeders; bins and hoppers; sand screws; and custom fabrication solutions. The company also recently expanded with a new manufacturing facility in Oklahoma, and it’s eyeing more growth in the coming years. Says Reaver: “If we can prove [the Oklahoma facility] to do what I think it’s going to do, then we’ll do the same thing again.”
