Purvis Industries, an independent bearing and power transmission distributor, acquired all the assets, brand rights, websites, personnel and intellectual property of Ready Bearing Supply.
Lubbock, Texas-based Ready Bearing Supply has been serving customers in Texas, New Mexico, Arizona, Oklahoma and Kansas since 1978.
