Versatile screening solution for aggregates, recycling

The Screenpro S18 heavy-duty tracked scalping screen from Edge Innovate can be utilized as a standalone unit or placed before or after a primary crusher. Among the design features are a low-level feed hopper, two- or three-way split configuration, hydraulic-folding discharge conveyors for quick transition from operation to transport, and a fully integrated power unit. A load management system, meanwhile, monitors conveyor load pressures and regulates feeder speed, resulting in increased uptime, less material overload and optimal screening production, according to the company.
Portable jaw useful in various applications

The J-1170+ jaw crushing plant, which Finlay recently showcased during its Open Days event in Atlanta, offers a high production capacity with large reduction ratios. The Terex 44-in. x 28-in. single-toggle jaw chamber can be specifically configured to process aggregates or C&D recyclables. The machine features hydrostatic drive, which enables reversible operation of the crushing chamber to clear blockages and suit recycling.
Designed for coarse material from the start

The Mobiscreen MSS 502(i) EVO is a compact screening plant from Kleemann that’s optimized for feed capacities up to 350 tph. As Kleemann describes, the Mobiscreen MSS 502(i) EVO features a generously dimensioned feed hopper, a screening surface of 5.4 sq. meters and a wide crusher discharge conveyor. The wide setting range of the screen casing angle (15.4 to 20 degrees) makes a high screening capacity possible along with a high product quality. The screen decks of the Mobiscreen MSS 502(i) EVO can be covered to match an individual application. A mixed covering of screen decks is also possible.
