Jennifer Ratterman, executive vice president and co-owner of Process Machinery Inc. (PMI), received the 2025 Executive Leadership Award from the Kentucky Association of Manufacturers (KAM).

The award was presented at KAM’s 2025 Manufacturing Awards Ceremony and recognizes exemplary leadership, innovation, community engagement and operational success – including its most recent announcement of an $11.5 million expansion within Kentucky’s manufacturing sector.

Ratterman has been with PMI for 29 years. The company says her leadership has helped guide PMI’s growth while keeping a strong focus on culture, transparency and operational improvement. PMI recently announced an $11.5 million expansion, and the company says Ratterman was crucial in that development.

“Throughout Jennifer’s career here at PMI, she has been instrumental in driving the company’s success,” says Daniel Miles, president of PMI. “She is deeply committed to bringing structure and efficiency to our corporate operations, and her combination of strategic vision and operational expertise has been key to turning that vision into reality. Her leadership has been pivotal in enabling Process Machinery to grow and to position itself for the future. I could not imagine a better business partner than Jennifer.”
