NSSGA reveals general session keynote speaker

The National Stone, Sand & Gravel Association (NSSGA) revealed that David DeLong will headline the opening general session at its 2017 Annual Convention, taking place March 3-7 in Las Vegas before ConExpo-Con/Agg 2017.

According to NSSGA, DeLong is president of Smart Workforce Strategies and is an expert in knowledge retention and workforce development solutions. During his speech, he will cover the strategic impacts of changing workforce demographics, managing talent, and how to accelerate the transfer and retention of critical knowledge.

Attendees will leave the session with knowledge on how to implement practical solutions to address critical skill shortages created by major shifts in workforce demographics, generational values and new technologies, NSSGA adds.
