Magna, the new Terex brand established to meet the demands of large-scale operations, named Powerscreen Crushing & Screening its very first distributor.

Powerscreen Crushing & Screening, which serves multiple states, now has access to Magna’s full range of products.

“Having Powerscreen Crushing & Screening onboard as our first distributor is an exciting development for Magna,” says Neil McIlwaine, business line director at Magna. “It underscores our commitment to expanding into North America and making our high-capacity equipment accessible to large-scale operations in the quarrying, mining, construction and recycling industries.”

“Powerscreen Crushing & Screening bring more than just technical expertise,” McIlwaine adds. “Their strong level of local knowledge ensures that customers receive tailored solutions that address the unique challenges of their region. This localized approach aligns with Magna’s commitment to delivering genuine value to clients across North America.”

Alan Coalter, president of Powerscreen Crushing & Screening, says Magna will complement the other Terex brands his company represents. Powerscreen Crushing & Screening is a dealer for Powerscreen, MDS, EvoQuip, ProStack and Terex Washing Systems.

“With decades of experience and a reputation for excellence in representing these brands, we now look forward to serving customers requiring larger output and volumes with the Magna range of robust, high-capacity equipment,” Coalter says.

Magna, which will have a presence at MINExpo International this month, debuted earlier this year.

“While we have a prominent position in the global market for compact and mid-sized materials processing equipment, Magna will position us to serve customers requiring higher output machines, via our renowned and extensive global distribution network,” says Pat Brian, vice president of Terex Aggregates. “With an ambitious product roadmap and supported by Terex-wide engineering, manufacturing, marketing, parts and service capabilities, Magna will provide significant growth potential for Terex.”
