Motion Industries signed a definitive purchase agreement to acquire the operating assets of International Conveyor & Rubber (ICR).
Motion expects the deal to close at the end of this year.
According to Motion, ICR services commercial and industrial customers in the Eastern U.S. ICR is headquartered in Blairsville, Pennsylvania, and it has seven locations that offer sales, installation, repair and maintenance of conveyor belts and related system products. ICR also provides engineering and design services for custom solutions.
ICR serves a variety of industries, including aggregates and mining.
