Edge Innovate plans to display what it describes as the “largest mobile trommel on the market” in its shape at ConExpo-Con/Agg, where the company will exhibit in the Silver Lot outside the Las Vegas Convention Center.
According to Edge, the TRM831 wheel-mounted trommel provides operators with unrivaled production rates. The trommel design prevents product cross-contamination and reduces the double handling of material, the company adds.
Edge says this is complimented by a remote-operated, 180-degree radial fines conveyor as standard. The trommel is ideal for the high-capacity screening of sand, topsoil, compost, household waste, and construction and demolition waste. With a range of drum types and screen media available, the company says the TRM831 can be customized to suit a customer’s exact application requirements.
Additionally, the TRM831 incorporates an eco-power saving function that reduces unnecessary run costs and a user-friendly HMI control panel for the easy adjustment of machine parameters. An intelligent load management system prevents drum overload and ensures the trommel is always operating at optimum performance with minimal supervision.
“Our objective is to showcase the latest equipment and technology that allows organizations to increase processing capacity, provide greater efficiency and offer the best possible return,” says Lee Williamson, North American sales manager at Edge Innovate. “The equipment we will have on display at ConExpo 2023 will allow operators to do just that.”
