The system is a groundbreaking, patents-pending solution designed to redefine filter press maintenance across industries. Designed with efficiency, ease of use and operator safety at its core, the QUICKCHANGE™ system significantly reduces downtime, enhances safety, and lowers operational costs through an innovative, user-friendly design that streamlines filter cloth replacement and plate inspection.
The QUICKCHANGE™ rapid filter cloth changeout system is designed to significantly improve filter press operations by reducing downtime and maintenance costs. Traditional filter cloth replacement takes approximately 10–20 minutes per cloth, but QUICKCHANGE™ cuts this to just 1–2 minutes. Its design allows cloths to slide in and out easily without cranes or intensive manual labor, while enabling eye-level maintenance that eliminates the need to climb on or into the press, improving safety while simplifying inspections and repairs. Built for durability, the system allows for single-sided cloth replacement, reducing waste and features a protective feed shoe that extends cloth life. Launched in 2025, the QUICKCHANGE™ system is available through McLanahan, Diefenbach, and Eagle Iron Works.
