Available in mechanical or hydraulic drive, power requirements are between 0.25/ton and 0.5 hp/ton. The slow speed rolls are best suited for crushing high calcium limestone, where a cubical product shape and minimal fines/dust are required. This type of crusher is also suitable for crushing stone and ore feeds that have a high moisture or clay content.
