Maverick Environmental Equipment, an equipment dealer based in Michigan, merged with Grand Equipment Co.
Grand Equipment is a portfolio company of Cognitive Capital Partners.

Maverick specializes in aggregate processing, waste recycling and environmental equipment, parts, attachments and services. It has locations in Michigan and Ohio and recently expanded into California as a means to serve the West.

Maverick’s operation in California is headed by John O’Neill, who previously served McCloskey International as vice president of global sales. The company’s California location is in Perris.
Two other Maverick facilities are in Newbury and Bremen, Ohio.
