Martin Conveyor Pulley Division introduces the new, Clean Flight™ Wing (CFW) Pulley. The Clean Flight™ Wing (CFW) Pulley merges the existing technology from Martin’s well known product groups: the pulley and screw conveyor.
Each Clean Flight™ Wing (CFW) Pulley is manufactured with precision cut flights, similar to those used in the conveyor and heavy-duty flat pulley core. The design features of the Clean Flight™ Wing (CFW) Pulley provides extreme duty flight, continuous welding on each flight, no contact bars and improved concentricity. The Clean Flight™ Wing (CFW) Pulley reduces vibration, decreases noise and improves belt cleaning, tracking and material rejection.
