Scalping screen enhances material processing efficiency
Edge Innovate debuted the Screenpro S16 scalping screen, which handles feed capacities up to 600 tph. The screen is a solution for mid- to large-scale operations, featuring a 150-sq.-ft. screening surface, a wide oversize discharge conveyor and adjustable screening angles from 14 to 20 degrees to ensure high throughput and product quality. Edge Innovate’s new screen incorporates a 16-ft. x 5-ft. two-deck screen with a heavy-duty feed hopper, allowing it to perform primary and secondary screening across a range of materials – including aggregates, construction debris and recycled materials.

Compact crushing line expands with new jaw plants
EvoQuip introduced the Bison 220 and 220R as the latest additions to its compact jaw crushing range. Designed to deliver exceptional performance, efficiency and versatility, the Terex brand says the Bison 220 and 220R are high-performance jaw crushing plants for operators in quarrying, demolition and recycling applications. The Bison 220R boasts an optional “R” section (recirculating conveyor), which improves operators’ ability to achieve their required product specification. Oversized material can be recirculated back into the crusher or stockpiled, depending on operational needs.

Jaws designed for high-capacity primary crushing
According to Quarry Manufacturing & Supplies, its JB Series jaw crushers are engineered to exceed the primary crushing needs of producers in the mining, quarrying and recycling industries. The crushers feature a robust design that’s complete with high-strength cast steel components and spherical roller bearings. The series is available as a base unit or as part of a modular plant. The sizes available range from 930 mm x 580 mm to 1400 mm x 1200 mm, producing a closed-side setting from 60 mm to 250 mm and scalped production up to 1,500 tph.
