Lafarge and Holcim each plan to contribute five managers to an executive board after the two companies complete their merger.
Lafarge and Holcim say that Bruno Lafont, Lafarge CEO, and Thomas Aebischer, Holcim finance chief, will lead the executive board.
Lafarge says that Jean-Jacques Gauthier, Eric Olsen, Saad Sebbar and Gerard Kuperfarb will join the executive committee from its company. Holcim says that Roland Koehler, Ian Thackwray, Alain Bourguignon and Urs Bleisch will join the executive committee from its company.
