The KPI-JCI 9400P portable fines recovery plant can help aggregate producers reduce the volume of fine material reporting to their settling ponds without the use of flocculants. Key material processing components of the plant include a rubber-lined slurry pump with variable frequency drive, rubber-lined hydrocyclones, a heavy-duty dewatering screen and a dual inlet slurry sump with bypass capabilities, all on a road-portable chassis. To reach maximum capacity, operators can adjust sump, pump, cyclone and screen sizes and quantities. Additionally, an air suspension axle assembly, hydraulic leveling jacks, hydraulically folding cyclone support system and gas/hydraulic power pack ensure ease of plant setup and teardown, without the use of external equipment.
