Komatsu offers first-hand equipment experience

Komatsu hosted its annual Demo Days event April 16-17 at its Customer Care Center in Cartersville, Georgia.

The event provided Komatsu customers an opportunity to operate a variety of equipment, including dozers, wheel loaders, excavators, a haul truck, demolition equipment and more. Additionally, Komatsu’s Smart Construction/Smart Quarry solution and the company’s telematics offering, My Komatsu, were on display.

Excavators on-site included the PC130LC-11, HB365-3, PC900LC-11, PC210LCI-11, PC290LCI-11, PC360LCI-11, PC390LCI-11 and the PC490LCI-11. Also available for Komatsu customers to learn more about were the WA320-8, WA475-10, WA500-8 and WA600-8 wheel loaders.

Five dozers were on display, too: the D39PXI-24, D51PXI-24, D61EXI-24, D71PXI-24 and the GD655-7. Additionally, Komatsu featured its HM400-5 haul truck and its RF-5 reclaim feeder.

Montabert, a Komatsu company, had several of its attachments in use with Komatsu’s PC490 HRD and PC360LCD demolition pieces. Featured alongside the Montabert attachments was the SQ80V quick coupler from Lehnhoff, a Montabert company.
