Kemper Group acquired EastRock Solutions, a Pennsylvania-based equipment dealer.
Among EastRock’s equipment partners are Conn-Weld Industries, Major, Metso, Polydeck, Sandvik and Terex Washing Systems
The deal combines EastRock with Old Dominion Equipment & Supply and EESSCO under the Kemper brand.

The resources now available to EastRock through Kemper Group include engineering, fabrication and field service.
