Integrated Equipment Group, a subsidiary of TCI Manufacturing that provides aggregate and mining equipment, parts and services, acquired Illinois-based MAB Equipment.

MAB Equipment is a distributor of aggregate and industrial sand mining equipment, representing manufacturers such as Deister Machine Co., Derrick Corp., GPM, McLanahan Corp., Metso Pumps and Stedman Machine Co.

This acquisition adds to the family of brands under TCI Manufacturing.

“We are excited to welcome the MAB Equipment team to the TCI family of companies,” says Patrick Reaver, president of TCI Manufacturing. “This acquisition aligns perfectly with our values to be a customer-focused aggregate resource, and [it] enhances our ability to serve our customers with exceptional products, service and support.”

Mark Blanchflower, president and owner of MAB Equipment, expressed his excitement about the deal.

“We are thrilled to join forces with Integrated Equipment Group,” Blanchflower says. “This partnership provides us with the opportunity to leverage our combined strengths to better serve our customers and drive continued growth.”
