Caterpillar showcased at Bauma 2025 its new 775 off-highway truck, which it plans to officially introduce in 2026. Distinguishing the hauler from previous 775 models, Cat says the next-generation 71-ton-payload hauler is engineered to enable fully autonomous capabilities in the future. Caterpillar says it is leveraging its current autonomous hauling systems already at work at mine sites around the world and scaling them to meet specific needs for quarry operations.
Gain greater control over feed & flow

The EMF two-mass electromechanical vibrating feeder addresses tough, heavy-duty applications with precision and a far faster reaction time, according to Deister Machine Co. The feeder allows producers to gain greater control over feed and flow while delivering higher feed rates, reduced horsepower requirements and the ability to easily adapt and adjust to changes in loads. Featuring a unique drive system, Deister says the EMF feeder is commonly used in surge tunnels, where it excels at starting and stopping while still under a burden load.
Tools deliver longer service life, higher rate of penetration

Epiroc introduced a new assortment of bolting bits that are designed to enhance efficiency and reliability in rock drilling operations. With innovations such as the Trubbnos button technology, Epiroc says its new tools deliver a longer service life, a higher rate of penetration and a lower total cost of ownership. The new rock drilling tools feature a strengthened steel bit body with higher fatigue resistance, as well as advanced carbide grades for improved wear resistance. The redesigned flushing system further enhances performance by reducing wear and ensuring smoother drilling operations.
Containment pallets catch drips, leaks from spills

Denios introduced poly spill containment pallets in high-visibility yellow. The spill pallets catch drips or leaks, allowing for the secure containment of hazardous substances such as oils, coolants, acids, caustics and other corrosive liquids. Denios says each spill pallet holds up to four 55-gallon drums, featuring a design that distributes weight onto load-bearing channels to optimize capacity. Supports integrated into the sump’s base allow the secure installation of poly or galvanized grates. They are also available with no grates, as a standard wooden pallet fits on top of the containment pallet.
