Premier Aggregates and Ada Sand & Gravel merged, forming Premier Aggregates Holdings.
According to the companies, Premier Aggregates Holdings is now the largest independent supplier of construction and landscape aggregates in southwest Idaho.

The companies say all Premier and Ada employees will be retained. Lane Buchert will serve the new organization as CEO, and Evan Buchert will take on the role of COO.
Ada Sand & Gravel general manager Jack Williams will continue to oversee Pleasant Valley operations serving the greater Boise market.
Premier Aggregates was founded in 2011 as a transportation and logistics company. Ada Sand & Gravel, which is based in Boise, Idaho, has supplied construction aggregates since 1961.
