Much greater production and wear-life can be realized with the use of Hoyt’s Hi-Rise Screens. Compressed and expanded oblong “Shaped Wire” is used to manufacture this highly efficient screen. Essentially, Hi-Rise offers the open area of a smaller wire diameter with the wear-life characteristics of a much larger wire diameter. Both screening efficiency and wear life are greatly increased by eliminating re-circulating material loads, which increases crusher wear life.
