Haver & Boecker, formerly W.S. Tyler, opened a new service center – the Haver Service Facility – in St. Catharines, Ontario, near the company’s headquarters. According to the company, the service center will offer complete rebuilds, machine monitoring and servicing, and related services designed to maximize uptime for customers.

In addition, Haver & Boecker partnered with aggregate and mining producers to create service programs personalized to their needs. The program covers aspects such as vibration analysis, preventative maintenance, safety and complete rebuilds.

The pulse vibration analysis program monitors the speed, stroke and amplitude of any vibrating screen to evaluate the relationship between feed material, screen media and vibrating screen. The asset management program ensures businesses have OEM-quality equipment.

Additionally, guaranteed OEM parts are available at service locations throughout North America, and certified Haver Service technicians perform preventative maintenance. Operators can also receive safety reviews and recommendations. Finally, screen installation, commissioning and operator training are included with new or rebuilt vibrating screens. Each component of the program, reports the company, was designed to ensure screening equipment reliability, despite the brand.

“Our new service facility takes our mission to assist customers a step further,” says Karen Thompson, president of Haver & Boecker Canada. “We have always provided service and training with new and rebuilt screening machines. This new facility, with the expanded program offerings, allow us to better partner with our customers to help them optimize productivity and profitability with their material processing equipment.”
