The principals at Green Rock acquired a full ownership interest in Alabama-based Couch Aggregates.
According to Green Rock, the acquisition includes five operating plants and four distribution yards throughout Alabama and the Florida Panhandle. Green Rock’s principals partnered with Steve Shaw, an industry veteran and the longtime owner of Couch Aggregates, to complete the deal.

The opportunity to partner with Steve Shaw made this an opportunity that we could not pass up.”
Shaw, too, expressed excitement over Green Rock and Couch Aggregates coming together.

Shaw will serve as the CEO of Couch, with Trey Dawkins stepping into the role of COO.
