UltraWASH modular wash plants from McLanahan Corp. can produce up to five different products – including three aggregates and two sands. The sand products made from the UltraWash include a fine sand fraction and a coarse sand fraction. McLanahan says UltraWASH modules are ideal for producers with multiple sites, as they can easily be packed up and shipped from one location to another without needing to duplicate equipment. Modules can be added as needed to create a complete wet processing plant that is flexible enough to meet any production need, the company adds.

Telescoping conveyor offers labor savings, enhances site safety

Masaba’s Magnum telescoping conveyor featuring Multi-Pile automation allows frac sand producers to create larger, dryer stockpiles by continuously building multiple smaller windrow piles at their operations. As Masaba describes, the creation of one large stockpile from multiple smaller piles allows water to better drain from washed sand prior to loadout. This leads to cost savings in transportation, labor and drying.
