Epiroc came to an agreement to acquire ACB+, a manufacturer of excavator attachments and related couplers based in France.
According to Epiroc, ACB+ has several production facilities in France, manufacturing attachments and quick couplers used on excavators for construction. ACB+ also manufactures equipment that is utilized in scrap recycling.

Epiroc expects the acquisition to be completed in the third quarter of this year. The purchase price on the transaction was not disclosed.
