Eagle Iron Works has expanded its end-to-end washing equipment line with the introduction of the Hawk Fines Recovery Plant, a compact yet powerful solution designed to capture fine particles down to 400 mesh from process water in aggregate waste streams. Built with durability and precision in mind, the Hawk features a Sump, Pump, Hydrocyclones, and Dewatering Screen in a modular design that’s easy to install and maintain. The Hawk delivers a drip-free, stackable solids product, making it an efficient way to recover material that would otherwise be lost to the settling pond. It can function as a standalone fines recovery unit or serve as the first step in a larger tailings management system, seamlessly integrating with additional liquid-solid separation equipment.
