Our stationary magnet has no moving parts to break down, making it virtually maintenance-free. All you need to do is periodically check the cooling oil. The stationary model has no self-cleaning belt sag, allowing for a reduced suspension height over the conveyor belt. This increases the magnet’s separation performance making the use of a smaller, more economical magnet a possibility.
