Deister Machine Co. plans to showcase its EMF two-mass electromechanical vibrating feeder March 25-27 at AGG1 Aggregates Academy & Expo in St. Louis.
As Deister describes, the EMF feeder tackles tough, heavy-duty applications with precision and a fast reaction time, allowing producers to gain greater control over feed and flow. Deister says the EMF feeder delivers higher feed rates, reduced horsepower requirements and the ability to easily adapt and adjust to changes in loads.
Featuring a unique drive system, Deister says the EMF feeder is commonly used in surge tunnels where it excels at starting and stopping while still under a burden load.
Additionally, the EMF feeder delivers a consistent material feed and a more uniform product flow through the plant, improving the quality of the finished product while lowering costs per ton.
Deister will exhibiting in Booth 3931 at America’s Center Convention Complex during AGG1 2025.
