BinMaster debuted its ToughSonic TC-100 and TC-200 non-contact ultrasonic sensors, which include general-purpose and chemical-resistant models that are suitable for measuring distances up to 50 ft.  The sensors are used for tank level measurement, remote monitoring, distance ranging, object detection and in agriculture. According to BinMaster, the uses in aggregates are aplenty – including tank level measurement for quarry wastewater, thickener tanks, and buffer or clarification tanks; liquid levels or chemical tanks used for drilling or fracking; level measurement in dewatering and water recycling operations; material handling on conveyors, such as empty or height control; conveyor belt overload prevention; and distance ranging and positioning to prevent collisions.

The Remax 600 impact crusher from SBM Mineral Processing is the company’s new flagship crusher, offering fully hybrid processing and a maximum output of 600 tph with a 1400-class impact crusher. SBM says the machine is suitable for a range of applications in raw materials and recycling. Depending on the equipment, it can produce up to five end products in a single pass. The crusher serves as the basis of an autonomous crusher SBM is developing in tandem with the University of Leoben. The technology is expected to be ready for market launch and use in other crusher classes as early as 2026, according to SBM.

Renewable Lubricants’ Bio-Fleet Rock Drill 40 is a biodegradable lubricant to protect rock drills, jackhammers and other pneumatic equipment. With a higher viscosity index, Renewable Lubricants says the product better protects hot equipment. Unlike petroleum-based products, the ISO 40 weight formula does not pollute the air, water, soil or work environment should a spill or leak occur. The company says it is also safer for those working nearby. Bio-Fleet Rock Drill 40 includes vegetable oils formulated with antiwear/extreme wear, rust and oxidation inhibitors. Designed to emulsify water for improved lubricity in moist conditions, Renewable Lubricants says these formulations provide extra adhesiveness and anti-misting.
